One day, your teacher might choose a Kriya for the lymph system. This involves arm movements to detoxify the body. Another day, the focus might be on the “Navel Point.” This involves leg lifts to build willpower.

Precision makes Kriyas unique. We do not just flow randomly. Instead, we hold postures for specific times. This pushes past the mind’s resistance. Your arms might get tired. Your mind might say “stop.” But you keep going. Consequently, you train your nervous system to be resilient. You teach yourself that you are stronger than your mind thinks. This is where transformation happens.

Deep Relaxation and Meditation

After the physical intensity, deep relaxation is mandatory. This is where the magic integrates. You lie down in Savasana (Corpse Pose). You allow the energy to circulate. This is not just a nap. The class concludes with meditation. In Kundalini Yoga, meditation is active. It rarely involves just “sitting quietly.” It often involves a specific breath pattern or a mudra.
